Helen Tong is a gifted, young actor whose diverse talents have led her to perform from the Off-Broadway stages of New York to The Second City Mainstage in Toronto. Her list of screen credits is extensive, most notably starring in many independent short films that have been distinguished in film festivals world wide; currently starring in am upcoming web series (Winter 2008); and making appearances on prime-time television as well.
Helen Tong trained in New York City at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theater, Stella Adler Studio of Acting, and at Michael Howard Studios with Michael Howard himself. In Toronto, she studied at the Equity Showcase Theatre and The Second City.
